What is the shipping policy?
Delivery within 8 days (articles in stock), otherwise up to maximum of 4 weeks. Shipping via UPS.
What is the product warranty?
Warranty: Two years parts and labour, return defective parts to Tetra Distribution. Return of defective parts at clients own expense.
How does billing/payment work?
Billing is done by bank transfer (SEPA) to Tetra Engineering.
How do Load Controls work?
